Terms and Conditions for signing up with TheAssignor.gameofficials.net

1. Providing your availability is not a guarantee that you will receive assignments.
2. By providing your availability to officiate, you are committing to be available to officiate. If you become unable, unwilling or have received assignments elsewhere and can no longer meet a commitment with TheAssignor.com, please modify your availability immediately. Your failure to do so strains the efficiency and quality of all other assignments.
   
3. If your availability changes and you fail to update your availability in a timely manner and you receive assignments which you must then decline, you risk receiving assignments for future competitions. Emergencies are excluded of course. Vacations, weddings, graduations, and other such events are under your control and management and are far less excusable.
4. If you must cancel or alter your availability do so immediately and prior to receiving assignments from The Assignor.com.

Referees may complete required Incident / Discipline reports online when required by Leagues or Associations. Reports can be sent to any recipient, including those without access into the site.

Our comprehensive Permissions and Settings Tools protect your personal information. Officials under the age of 18 are protected further automatically restricting other users of all critical contact information. (Parents may be set up to receive their child's assignments and messages from the crew.)
